T-34/85 is the final modification of the T-34. A new, more powerful weapon, as well as other technical improvements significantly increased the combat effectiveness of the tank. T-34-85 was produced in the USSR from 1944 to 1955, after the war tanks were also produced in Poland and Czechoslovakia. In total, about 30,5 thousand T-34 of this modification were produced. The tank remained the basis of Soviet armored forces until the mid 50's, when the troops began to arrive, the T-54.
