the Heavy cruiser San Francisco is built between two world wars. Seven heavy cruisers in the class were similar in appearance. The new OLREANS class cruisers were one of the most frequently used ships in the US Navy during world war II. They were seen in every major naval battle. Only four of the cruiser after 1942, the Cruiser "San Francisco" earned a total of 63 battle stars in the fight against the Japanese in the Pacific.
