Decal Fix is a Matt, the solution is water-based to protect the decals and smoothing their boundaries, allows you to get a better view of the decals but the model. Apply the product with a soft brush and allow to dry. You can apply several levels. The liquid contains acrylic resin and is non-toxic and flammable. Subsequent application of varnish will not harm the decals.
