Additional Information
B-17G - was put on the production line in July 1943 and became the most popular version of the Flying Fortress. The most significant difference between the new model Flying Fortress from its predecessors was the appearance of the front ventral (popular name - "chin") turret Bendix with electric drive. The turret was mounted below the bow. Structurally, the installation was similar to the Yb-40 aircraft installation used and tested in combat.
Caution! Glue and paints are not included.
