BMW 6-series with body E24 appeared in March 1976 at the Geneva motor show and was produced until 1989. This car perfectly combines comfort, respectability, sporty character and unique design, so many consider the “six” the most beautiful car of the BMW brand.
As directed by the manual, BMW engineers developed the 635CSi model. Announced in July 1978, the 635CSi was the fastest 4-seater coupe in Europe. Since these models showed excellent results in European Championships BMW Motorsport division in 1983 announced a new super-powerful model M635CSi (in the us market, this model was labeled M6). The engine of the fastest of the “sixes” - M635CSi gave 286 HP at 6500 rpm, which made it easy to accelerate to 100 km/h in just 6.4 seconds. the Racing version of the same engine gave 517 HP
