Arkhangelsk is a battleship of the Northern fleet of the USSR Navy. Former HMS Royal Sovereign battleship, transferred to the Soviet Union on may 30, 1944 as part of the reparations of the Italian fleet. In the USSR, the battleship was called "Arkhangelsk" and was sent to Vaenga, where he became the flagship of the squadron created from the transferred ships. 15 January 1949 "Arkhangelsk" left Vaengu, headed on naval base Rosayt, far arrived 4 February and was disassembled.
