PL-37 was a standardized light artillery wagon in the first years of world war II, was built about 20-25 pieces. The design was basically the same as that of the earlier PL-35 with small changes in the towers. Despite the fact that the cars were large enough, there was very little free space inside because of the need to store ammunition. Due to the vulnerability to air attacks, the camouflage was applied to the whole car, the style depended on the specific piece of equipment and the period of time, in this case, white and sand spots on a standard, olive-green background are used.
