Transactions related to paying for goods in Russian stores or transferring funds between Russian users will be automatically rejected. You will still be able to send and receive cross-border electronic transfers .
The changes are due to take effect on July 31. Users will be notified of changes to the user Agreement at least 14 days in advance.
