Another novelty in our collection of miniature armored vehicles - a model of the Soviet self-propelled artillery su-152 1/100 scale. Thanks to the latest technology of three-dimensional modeling, all the details of the model perfectly fit. The model is assembled "on click", without glue. At the same time, the ease of Assembly of the model did not affect the copy-the outlines of the famous self-propelled guns exactly reproduced in miniature.
This model can be used in the game "Great Patriotic" from the series Art of Tactic. On the playing field, the model will represent a unit of Soviet self-propelled artillery.
Fighting late 1942 - early 1943 years showed the need for mobile artillery to support tank and infantry troops, and to fire fortified enemy positions. In January 1943, it was decided to develop a self-propelled artillery unit armed with a 152 mm gun. In February, a prototype of a new self-propelled gun based on the kV-1C heavy tank was tested and adopted. Serial production of self-propelled artillery, called the SU-152, was launched in the spring and lasted until the beginning of 1944. The first combat use of the SU-152 took place during the battle of Kursk. In further, these self-propelled guns participated in battles virtually on all fronts.
