Small administrative aircraft Leopard is perhaps the most outstanding high-speed light aircraft ever constructed and flown. The creation of Leopard dates back to the early 80s. Then Ian Chichester-Miles, former chief designer at BAe Hatfield, established ChichesterMiles Consultants (CMC). CMC has completed the development of the layout in early 1982, and signed a contract with Designability Ltd for the detailed design and construction of the prototype.
