Il-14 (NATO code "Crate") -Soviet piston short-haul, twin-engine aircraft Developed in 1949 to replace the outdated Li-2 and Il-12. The first flight of the Il-14 made in 1950. A total of 3,500 copies were produced, 80 of them in the GDR at the Dresden aircraft factory, 203 in Czechoslovakia at the factory "Avia" called AV-14. In the USSR, Il-14 produced in Moscow at the aircraft factory №30.
