F-14 tomcat is a supersonic fighter with two engines, a double cabin and a variable sweep wing. First took to the air on 21 December 1970. The aircraft was used by the US Navy as a fighter, defense interceptor and tactical scout from 1974 to 2006. Later, after the installation of additional avionics, the aircraft was used for point missile strikes. The F-14 was developed after the collapse of the F-111B project and was developed based on the experience of air battles against MiGs during the Vietnam war.
