Ki-43 - was the most modern fighter of the Japanese army aircraft at the beginning of the Second world war. This aircraft became a very serious enemy for the allied air force and was one of the most massive aircraft of the army air force. The main modifications of the machine were Ki-43-I (three variants) with a 980-horsepower engine On-25 and a two-bladed propeller, Ki-43-II (three variants) with a more powerful engine and a three-bladed propeller and Ki-43-III with a 1230-horsepower engine Ha-115-II.
