F-104 Zvezdafighter is an all-metal monoplane with a mid-wing. Trapezoidal wing of small aspect ratio. In addition, in order to achieve maximum speeds, the wing was very thin (10 cm in the thickest place) and had so sharp edges that they could, in fact, cut (on the ground they wore special covers to protect members of the airfield teams).
