Focke-Wulf FW 189A-1 is a German twin-engine double-girder three-seat delivery aircraft. It entered service with the Luftwaffe in 1940 and was produced until 1944 it was built 845 commercial aircraft. Modification 189A-1 had a defensive armament of two machine guns MG 15. Nicknamed the "Flying eye" in the German army, the FW 189A-1 was effectively used on the Eastern front. Soviet soldiers called it "Frame" for its characteristic silhouette.
