F-4 Phantom II, developed by the American aviation company McDonnell Douglas, is a tandem two-seat all-season supersonic fighter-bomber. It entered service in the sixties and is one of the most famous aircraft in the history of military aviation. In the original project, it was specifically designed for the US Navy, but was used by all us forces, and it received significant commercial success worldwide. the Original version, developed for the US Navy, was further improved in 1966, starting production of the Phantom F-4J, characterized by the introduction of new systems that can improve the combat capabilities of air-to-air and ground attack. avionics has improved significantly, and the innovative fire control system forhas been chosen as a search / descent option. Thanks to two advanced powerful General Electric J-79-10 Phantom jet engines, a maximum speed of 1,240 knots was achieved.
