The Ds Reich division took part in operation Barbarossa, an attack on the Soviet Union. A series of victories brought "Das Reich" almost to the gates of Moscow, but desperate resistance and severe cold forced to move from a quick offensive to a exhausting stop. After refitting in France, the division returned to the Eastern front where he took part in many battles, the most significant of which is the battles for Kharkov and the Kursk Battle. After that, "Das Reich" moved to the borders of Germany, in the history of the division there are episodes such as an attempt to break through the Korsun cauldron and battles in Hungary. Each of the figures of the set presents different versions of uniforms and weapons. One of the soldiers is wearing a winter uniform, others are dressed in clothes peculiar to a warmer climate.
Weapons include the ubiquitous MP40, the M42 rocket launcher, and the captured Soviet PCA.
