T-20 was constructed in 1936. Tractors were manufactured from 1937 to 1941 at the plant №37. The tractor was designed to transport light artillery, such as a 45mm anti-tank gun, and a heavy 120mm howitzer. T-20 could pull the gun itself, a small amount of ammunition and six people calculation.
