Two-deck faerie fighter "Firefly" first took to the air in late 1941 in January began mass production - exclusively for the British Navy. In April 1944, these machines first went into battle, covering the impact of carrier-based bombers on the German battleship "Tirpitz". Then "Firefly" fought in the Pacific. In total, 706 aircraft of several modifications were produced during the Second world war.
