Tactical fighters F-15J were produced at Japanese enterprises under the American license since 1982. In accordance with the programme of the government of Japan, the equipment of the national air force with this type of aircraft was completed in 1998. In total, 213 such fighters were produced during these years, including 165 f-15 J combat aircraft and 48 f-15DJ combat training aircraft.
