Tactical fighters F-15J were produced at Japanese enterprises under the American license since 1982. In accordance with the programme of the government of Japan, the equipment of the national air force with this type of aircraft was completed in 1998. In total, 213 such fighters were produced during these years, including 165 f-15 J combat aircraft and 48 f-15DJ combat training aircraft. The first page of the cover shows a pair of f-15J tactical fighters. Fighters of this modification are armed only with air defense aircraft of Japan and are designed to perform the tasks of gaining air superiority, control of airspace, cover groups of land forces and naval forces, and can also be used for strikes on ground targets.
Structurally, the F-15J AIRCRAFT are basically similar to the American F-15C. There are some differences in the composition of the on-Board equipment. In particular, the F-15J is installed EW system of Japanese production.
