Additional Information
the Last of the Fury Navy was the FJ-4.Many argue that FJ-4 was the best version of the entire family of F-86 Sabre/FJ Fury. At first glance, the FJ-4 is a modified F-86 Sabre that first took to the air in 1947. But with a closer look, Fury has many differences in design, although the family resemblance is undeniable. FJ-4 was created in June 1953, as the NA-208 project with two prototypes and the NA-209 project had a serial version. The Navy wanted a top speed of Mach 0.95 and a combat altitude of 49,000 feet (about 15 km), figures that could not be achieved without forcing the engine.
