Additional Information
the Royal canadian mounted police is the national police of Canada and is unique in that it is the only police force in the world with legal authority at the international, state, provincial and municipal levels. The canadian mounted police is the only law enforcement Agency that plays the role of the totality of the various provincial police departments in all canadian provinces and territories, with the exception of Ontario and Quebec. In Ontario and Quebec, it is considered non-contractual and can only enforce Federal laws because the two provinces have their own provincial police force: the Ontario Provincial police and the Quebec Detective police.
