the AMX-30 was the second generation main tank supplied to the French army. The AMX-30B was the first production version. Designers have sacrificed the security of the machine in the use of weight reduction, and as a consequence of mobility. AMX-30 belonged to the armies of France, Saudi Arabia and Qatar took part in the Gulf War in 1991.
