Additional Information
the 17-pound self-propelled anti-tank gun Achilles is a British modification of the American M10 Wolverine tank destroyer. The main difference between the English PT-ACS from the base American is a more powerful anti-tank gun Ordnance QF 17-pounder, installed instead of the standard M7 caliber 3"(76.2 mm). All British designers converted into "Achilles" 1100 "lend-lease" M10. Thanks to this Achilles became the second largest British war machine during the Second world war, equipped with a 17 - pound gun (the first place belongs to Sherman Firefly, also created on the basis of the American original).
