a Hungarian immigrant Nicolas Straussler have designed several armored cars for Britain while living in the country between the world wars. The engineer came to an agreement with the Budapest plant for the production of machines for his native country, the most promising was Csaba (named after the son of Attila), the development of which was based on Alvis AC2. After successful trials in 1939, the Hungarian army ordered 61, followed by another 40 vehicles in 1940. Of these, 20 were used as combat vehicles, the rest were commander or intelligence. The Csaba had a 20mm cannon and an 8mm machine gun mounted in the turret with a 9mm armor. In addition, the machine was armed with a removable 8mm machine gun fired in the role of air defense through the rear hatch. The crew could shoot a gun and to use for walking exploration. Also, the car had two seats for the driver – in the front and rear of the body.
