kV Tanks were developed as heavy breakthrough tanks, its design can be called innovative for its time. In the tank, the concept of installing one powerful gun, torsion suspension and heavy armor was implemented. The KV-1 was produced from 1939 to 1942 and was used from 1940 to 1944. The model presented in this set reproduces the modification with reinforced armor and cast tower.
