the type 10 Tank, commissioned in 2010, is the latest generation of tanks used by the Japanese self-defense forces (JGSDF). It features a new Japanese 120mm main gun, in addition to modular armor on the turret and hull to give the tank impressive defensive reliability. the Small and compact tank offers excellent maneuverability and is also compatible with the modern C4I network system. the Deployment of individual units began in 2012, and the vehicle is now mainly used for educational purposes at Fuji JGSDF school. This is regarded as a natural replacement for the long type 74 tank.
