the Simca 5 was a small passenger car that debuted in March 1936. The car was designed by Fiat and was almost identical to the Fiat 500 Topolino. The car was equipped with an independent front suspension and 4-speed gearbox. The car was created as available to the French public, like Volkswagen Beetle and Fiat 500 provided personal transport in Germany and Italy. The car had high fuel efficiency. Many cars were used by the beginning of world war II, and were captured by Germany with the occupation of France. Cars were used for transport and communication. More than 46,000 vehicles were built by the end of production in 1946.
