the M20 was a high-speed General purpose vehicle. Overall, it was a M8 Greyhound without a turret with a 37mm gun, in its place was a ring mount with a Browning machine gun. Other infantry weapons, including an anti-tank Bazooka, were located inside the hull. The vehicle was mainly used as a command and reconnaissance vehicle, but excellent off-road terrain and high speed resulted in the use of General-purpose cargo and passenger armoured personnel carriers.
