This artillery installation was made since the end of 1942 because of an acute need for artillery capable of moving at the same pace as tank troops. A total of 714 machines of this type were produced. Initially, the prototype of the Hummel was equipped with a 10.5 cm leFH18, in the future this weapon was used on the Wespe installed on the chassis of the Panzer II. The set reproduced “Hummel-Wespe” le Pz. Haub auf Hummel Fahrgestell with 10.5 cm howitzer.
