commander tank Design based on a later version of the Pz.Kpfw.III Ausf. J with turret from the Pz.Kpfw.IV Ausf.F2 and 75mm gun. Preliminary drawings were ready by the end of December 1941, and in March 1942, the project was canceled due to the complexity of implementation. About 50 vehicles were produced and used as command vehicles. They were armed with 50 mm guns; the 75-mm cannon was never installed.
