Additional Information
the German Panther tank was developed in response to the emergence of the Russian t-34 tank, which challenged existing German tanks. As well as the T-34, the Panther had a long barrel 70mm gun, large road wheels, and sloped armor for better protection. The first Panthers came off the Assembly line in 1942 and produced 600 units per month.
