After the successful application of Volkswagen 82 (Kubelwagen) in Poland, it was necessary to increase the number of these machines. Later, Ferdinand Porsche developed a floating version of this machine - Schwimmwagen. The light weight of this machine (only about 500 kg) allowed to overcome the wetland, two people were enough to control it. For intelligence and communication, this car was almost indispensable, as only he could quickly overcome water obstacles.
