B. A. K. Lightning is a single-seat supersonic interceptor fighter. The first flight of the prototype P. 1A -in the summer of 1954.
the Characteristic features of B. A. K. Lightning were the location of the engines one above the other, the nose air intake and unusual wingtips.
Serial production began in the late 50s. In total, about 400 aircraft were built, including 100 of the latest modification of the F6. 34 aircraft sold to Saudi Arabia and 12 to Kuwait.
