the German ZSU on the basis of the light tank 38 t "Flakpanzer 38" was developed at the end of 1943 and then serially was issued till February, 1944 by VMM firm. In an open top fixed cabin mounted 20-mm automatic anti-aircraft gun with circular fire. However, the effectiveness of fire of this setup was small. Most of the 140 cars built took part in the battles on the Western front.
