the Acronym RSO stands for Raupenschlepper Ost, which translates as "crawler tractor East". Because of the terrible road conditions on the Eastern front, Germany was in dire need of highly mobile tracked vehicles. Steyr offered the RSO which quickly became popular due to its mobility and reliability. Several manufacturers have built about 23,000 RSO. The machine was equipped with a Steyr V8 engine with a capacity of 85ls, the maximum speed was 30 km/h. the Set reproduces RSO/01, with a rounded steel cabin, the most famous type of all version used by Germany.
