Additional Information
38M Toldi was produced and developed under license from the Swedish company Landsverk between 1939 and 1942. Only 202 copies were produced. The Toldi tank entered the Hungarian army in 1940. It was first used against the Yugoslav army in 1941. Widely used against the Soviet Union in 1941-1944. Because of the light armor, characteristic weapons and good communication were mainly used for reconnaissance. The design of the tank is largely inferior to the T-34, often encountered in the "Operation Barbarossa".
