Westland Lisander - multi-purpose aircraft interaction with ground forces. The first prototype took off on July 15, 1936. Westland Lisander participated in the 2nd world war from its very first to the last days on all fronts In mass production since 1938. In addition to the usual tasks of the spotter, scout and light bomber, the aircraft was also actively used to deliver saboteurs to the rear of the enemy.
Westland Lisander were in service with great Britain, Ireland, Egypt, Canada, France, Turkey, India, Finland and Portugal. Total produced 1674 PCs.
