Turboprop aircraft Bombardier Dash 8-Q400 (Bombardier dash 8-Kyu400) created by the canadian aircraft company "Bombardier Aerospace". The airliner is a deeply modernized version of the early models of the Bombardier Dash 8 family of aircraft.
Compared to its predecessors, the Dash 8Q-400 has a longer fuselage and increased passenger capacity, fundamentally new engines and avionics. Dash 8Q-400 has a low noise level and high flight speed, which in combination with the efficiency of the turboprop aircraft, gives it an advantage over jetliners when operating on short routes.
Bombardier Dash 8-Q400 is commercially available from 2000 to the present. By the beginning of 2016, more than 500 aircraft had been produced.
