BM-13 - rocket launcher built by the Soviet Union during the Second world war. For MLRS firmly entrenched name "Katyusha", which later moved to more modern weapons of this class. For the characteristic sound when shooting German troops was nicknamed "Stalin's Organ". Katyusha was much more effective and easier to produce than the German counterparts, an important advantage of the MLRS was the ability to strike a strong blow to the enemy positions and quickly change position without being subjected to counter-battery fire.
