the German self-propelled 150mm howitzer sIG 33 was developed on the basis of the t-I light tank at the end of 1939. Its main weapon was the 150mm infantry howitzer s.I.G.33, mounted on the roof of the fighting compartment together with the gun carriage, wheels and armor plate and protected by a 4-mm open armoured cabin. Self-propelled 150-mm howitzers sIG 33 took part in the battles in France, the Balkans and on the Eastern front. Only in February 1940 produced 38 of these ACS.
