Moran sun "I" was a modification of the famous French fighter Moran sun "N" and featured a more powerful engine and synchronizer to the machine gun. Commercially built in 1916 were Used in the First World war in France, Germany, Italy, UK, Russia. It was on these planes that the pilots of the famous 1 fighter air group fought: R. Kazakov - 17 air victories, I. Smirnov - 12. In Russia, this aircraft was known as the "Moran-monocoque".
