the Tankt-72A was in mass production from 1979 to 1985. The tank was exported to many countries. In addition to the Soviet production of the T-72A was deployed b India, Poland, Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia. For the first time in battle, these tanks visited in 1982 as part of the Syrian army during the Israeli invasion of Lebanon. Syrian President X.
